Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have.

Last updated: 23 September 2026

1. Who we are

This website (https://loudgecko.com) and the loudgecko services are operated by Loudgecko LLC ("loudgecko", "we", "us"). For personal data collected through this website and in the course of our own business, we are the data controller. You can reach us at contact@loudgecko.com, by phone on +44 7418 636877, or by post at our offices:

  • London: 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy St, London W1T 6EB, United Kingdom
  • Abu Dhabi: Level 17, World Trade Center, Khalifa Bin Zayed the First Street, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

2. Data we collect

  • Information you give us – your name, email address, phone number, company and anything else you share when you email, call or otherwise contact us.
  • Client account information – contact details of the people we work with at client companies, billing details and the information needed to access and manage advertising accounts on your behalf.
  • Technical data – when you visit our website, our servers automatically log information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, the pages you view and how long you stay on them, any campaign tags in the link you arrived from, and the date and time of your visit. We use our own first-party analytics for this; it sets no cookies.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to enquiries and provide proposals (legitimate interests / steps prior to entering a contract).
  • To deliver our services and manage our client relationships (performance of a contract).
  • To invoice, keep accounting records and meet other legal obligations (legal obligation).
  • To keep our website and systems secure, prevent fraud and misuse, and diagnose technical problems (legitimate interests).
  • To send you service updates or, where you have agreed, marketing communications (legitimate interests or consent).

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Data we process for clients

When we run advertising campaigns for a client, we may process data about people who interact with those campaigns (for example visits to campaign landing pages and conversion events). In that case the client is the data controller and we act as its processor, handling the data only on the client's documented instructions and under a data processing agreement. If you have questions about such data, please contact the relevant advertiser.

5. Cookies

This website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, such as a session cookie when a client signs in to our console. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website. If this changes we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

6. Who we share data with

We share personal data only where necessary, with:

  • service providers who host our infrastructure, provide email and communication tools, and support our operations;
  • advertising platforms such as Meta and Google, when this is required to run campaigns you have asked us to run;
  • professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers;
  • authorities, where we are required to do so by law.

All service providers are bound by confidentiality and may only use your data to provide services to us.

7. International transfers

We operate from the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates and some of our providers are located elsewhere. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK or European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months, client records for the duration of our relationship plus the period required by accounting and tax law (typically six years), and server logs for a limited period needed for security and troubleshooting.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls and restricting access to staff who need it. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach where the law requires it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@loudgecko.com. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your local data protection authority – in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.

11. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated at the top.
